Mansfield, Victoria. Made from an assembly of the three best known aromatic varieties, this wine tips its hat to Alsace. The colour is a bright, clear pale straw with some silvery tints, while the aromas of this complex blend are of pear, lychee, mandarin and ripe grapefruit, lime blossom, rose and spice, with a touch of lemon balm lifting it out of the plain. Made dry, the palate is rich and silky, the ripeness of the fruit and florals are carried with soft acidity which underlies the generous mouthfeel...

Mansfield, Victoria. The ripe fruit had the archetypal lychee and tea-rose characters, which when fermented out also showed tones of musk and orange zest. The fine texture and fresh acidity, combined with its vibrant flavours, will contribute to the continued development of this wine in the bottle...

Burgenland, Austria.  Golden colour and plenty of polish to go with it. Apples and pears dusted with spice, saltwater, grilled nuts, fresh apricot. Medium bodied, peppery texture and taste, and also quite flinty, with a range of fruit flavours, though to a large extent, it’s not really fruity at all. It’s briny and delicious, with a long dry and dusty finish. Wunderbar!
