Wachau, Austria. Just when you thought that you reached the ceiling with the Achleiten Riesling along comes Toni's 'Wachstum Bodenstein' the crowning wine of the range that actually comes from their Seeberer vineyard high up above the river. Seeberer's poor rocky, friable gneiss soil gives the wine a remarkable smokiness and bristling, beautiful purity. It's a sublime wine, with exquisite grip & weave. A wine that goes on and on and on...Excellent; deserves a good cellar...

Adelaide Hills, South Australia.  Pale straw with light green hue. Clean, fragrant, grassy aromas with intense array of tropical fruits. Clean fresh zesty palate showing flavours of lemon, mandarin and gooseberry...

Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Pale straw in colour, the aroma is full of enticing characters of wildflower and pear. The palate is fine and delicate with an added nutty textural dimension and notes of herbs and citrus. The beautifully balanced acidity heightens the flavours and gives it a long clean finish...

Riverland, South Australia.  Four white grape varieties are used to make this wine. Vermentino was chosen for its ability to produce great wine in a warm dry environment and was the first white Mediterranean grape planted at Ricca Terra Farms. Fiano was planted purely for its fragrant flavour and Greco to give a crunchy acid punch. Artino was the special element…the newest grape variety at Ricca Terra Farms...

Adelaide Hills, South Australia.  Supple and seductive, the stiletto glides across the palate with lifted nashi pear and mango over a background of sliced pineapple. Full fruit and rich mouth feel are honed upon the palate with crisp acidity and a final stab of spice.

Barossa Valley. S.A.  2021 is a larger than life style vintage with all the wines carrying next level aromatics and intensity. The 2021 Superfly White is our first jump into the world of white wine. Mansfield, Victoria. Made from an assembly of the three best known aromatic varieties, this wine tips its hat to Alsace. The colour is a bright, clear pale straw with some silvery tints, while the aromas of this complex blend are of pear, lychee, mandarin and ripe grapefruit, lime blossom, rose and spice, with a touch of lemon balm lifting it out of the plain. Made dry, the palate is rich and silky, the ripeness of the fruit and florals are carried with soft acidity which underlies the generous mouthfeel...

Mansfield, Victoria. The ripe fruit had the archetypal lychee and tea-rose characters, which when fermented out also showed tones of musk and orange zest. The fine texture and fresh acidity, combined with its vibrant flavours, will contribute to the continued development of this wine in the bottle...

Burgenland, Austria.  Golden colour and plenty of polish to go with it. Apples and pears dusted with spice, saltwater, grilled nuts, fresh apricot. Medium bodied, peppery texture and taste, and also quite flinty, with a range of fruit flavours, though to a large extent, it’s not really fruity at all. It’s briny and delicious, with a long dry and dusty finish. Wunderbar!
