Peel, Western Australia. There’s real complexity in the bouquet here with lots of bottle-age toastiness over ripe fruit and very good oak.  The palate is rich and complex. There is good development, with lashings of hot buttered toast and a ghostly whiff of aged Riesling-like kerosene complexity. It’s very big in the mouth, but generous with loads of Chenin fruitiness and enough acidity to keep it in check...

Alsace, France. Plenty of floral-honey, baked-apple and quince character making this light-bodied and supple dry white very easy to enjoy...

King Valley, Victoria. The nose shows plenty of mountain fresh fragrance with fresh-cut pear, some quince, sweet white floral perfume and the merest hints of citrus and fresh almond. The palate is crisp, dry and fresh, with pear and apple flavour sitting bright and crunchy from start to mouth-watering finish...

Sicily, Italy. Golden straw color with mint green hues. The wine shows intensity on the nose with stone fruits and tropical aromas. This is a bit richer on the palate than previous vintages but still retains freshness quite well. Well-balanced medium-bodied wine with fresh mineral notes and tropical fruit characters and a very pleasant citrusy finish...

Wachau, Austria. Just when you thought that you reached the ceiling with the Achleiten Riesling along comes Toni's 'Wachstum Bodenstein' the crowning wine of the range that actually comes from their Seeberer vineyard high up above the river. Seeberer's poor rocky, friable gneiss soil gives the wine a remarkable smokiness and bristling, beautiful purity. It's a sublime wine, with exquisite grip & weave. A wine that goes on and on and on...Excellent; deserves a good cellar...
