Alsace, France. From 60+ year old vines located near the top of the vineyard. 2017 was a great vintage for this outstanding Grand Cru vineyard which is home to the famous ‘Clos St Hune’ Riesling from Trimbach. Pfalz, Germany. The grapes are harvested with up to five selective pickings by hand. They're crushed and then macerated between 12 to 24 hours before undergoing spontaneous fermentation. The wines are aged in traditional oval-shaped oak or chestnut barrels ranging from 300 to 2400 litres, with up to nine months on the lees . They are lightly filtered and bottled just before next harvest...

Swan Hill, Victoria. Sourced from premium grape growing regions in Victoria, this wine shows a slight blush colour due to the juice having extended contact with the skins. This has produced a complex, textural and slightly savoury Pinot Gris with aromatic nuances of pears, lychees and exotic spice. Hints of spicy pear and red apple appear on the palate...
