Mansfield, Victoria. The grapes were picked two weeks later than the Dead Man’s Hill gewurz which has given it greater richness, sweetness, and a fuller palate although this is well balanced with very nice acidity. Delatitie's sweetest wine, it’s to be enjoyed with sweet desserts and even very rich pork dishes such as double roasted pork belly.
