Central Victoria. Rich dark berry fruit flavours are abundant on the palate with underlying savoury notes such as leather and spice. Finishing with excellent length, this wine is magnificent now however will undoubtedly reward those who offer it time.

Central Victoria. This delightful, fruit driven wine displays aromas of tropical fruits such as paw paw, rockmelon and guava with just a hint of lightly toasted oak. The palate exhibits fresh, ripe Chardonnay flavours of fig and melon with a delicate creamy texture a crisp, clean finish.

South Australia. This unwooded wine displays clean and fragrant grassy aromas with lifted tropical notes. Vibrant passionfruit, gooseberry and lemon citrus flavours shine through on the palate balanced by a gentle acid that leads to a lingering finish.

Central Victoria. Deep purple in colour. The fragrant nose displays aromas of lifted perfume characters from the Viognier combined with subtle dark berry fruit and a hint of spice and pepper. The palate is elegant and finely balanced displaying dense berry fruit, overtones of spice and finishing with some fine powdery tannins.

Nagambie Lakes, Victoria. The nose and palate exhibit an intense mixture of blackberry and eucalyptus combined with black olive and clove overtones whilst fine grained, dusty tannins add further complexity.

Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz fermented in 150 year old open oak vats, then a period of maturation in French and American oak. The bouquet is a mélange of ripe dark berries and multilayered spice; with nutmeg, star anise, blackcurrant and plum fruits on a robust palate.
