Organic and Biodynamic Wines

Rheinhessen, Germany. This dry Riesling is a vineyard selection. It's a blend of Wittmann's three top sites in his home village of Westhofen. The nose shows intense aromas of juicy green apples and a spicy mineral tone. The attacks shows lots of fresh fruit and an elegant play of acidity and alcohol. The long finish is marked by juicy fruit and a spicy mineral tone. It has a beautiful, clear structure.

McLaren Vale, South Australia. This is the wine that replaces the their Estate Noir as they thought wine drinkers were confused as to what Noir was. This  wine has  bright red fruit flavours and a juicy, smooth finish, it’s the perfect red for casual gatherings. Think of it as Grenache with friends, crafted for easy enjoyment, slightly lighter in style than the Noir was.
