Alsace, France.   The onset in the mouth is dense, fleshy and tender. The alcohol support is full-­bodied. The wine evolves in a medium with an open and vigorous liveliness marked by a sparkling note. The range of aromas is reminiscent of exotic fruits, grapefruit, mango and lychee, in addition to flowers, peony, rose and spices, peppermint, ginger. We perceive also a hint of bitterness. The finish has a beautiful length, 9-­‐10 caudalies, with a frank liveliness and a lingering hint of bitterness. The balance of this wine is rich and soft. The grape is expressed very beautiful way. Brilliant !!!

Alsace, France. On the palate, the onset is clear; this wine is to be enjoyed dry. A dense structure is revealed and adds straight and nervous freshness to an ample and wide volume. A very nice balance which forms the aromatic base of this wine. I rediscover citrus fruits flavours evolving on the grapefruit zest and hints of herbs such as bay leaves and hay. This explosion of aromas is then followed by noble bitters highlighting a subtle saline minerality that imprints the length of the finish of 6 to 7 caudalies, leading to a chamomile finish. A lively mouth and imprinted by its aromatic complexity...

The wine shows youth.The nose is marked and pleasant, with a deep intensity. Racy, we perceive a dominant of rich aromas, candied, fruity, citrus fruits, lemon, orange, spices and ginger. Airing enhances the previously perceived aromas, it strengthens the citrus fruits and reveals a delicate and flinty mineral trace. The nose plays on a register characterising this 'fresher" vintage. However, the range of scents maintains a nice overall precision...

An airy feeling gives dimension to this mouth and allows the development of notes evoking citrus fruit zest and cut grass. The length is subtle and precise, marked by a fine, smoky, mineral trend that finishes the wine with salinity. A palate that is still developing...
