Made with a gentle touch. Single-vineyard fruit, wild fermented, then matured for six months in older oak barriques and hogsheads – nothing to get in the way of the fruit.
Bright and aromatic, curling with bramble fruit, wild raspberry and aromatic spice entwined around a vibrant mineral core. Supple tannins and a long, savoury finish.
