Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley in the sub region of Gruyere, Martingale is a first-generation family run vineyard. Focusing predominantly on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah from their 40-acre property of which 20 acres is under vine.
A crisp and energetic wine with flavors of Meyer lemon, white grapefruit, and papaya, backed by a lively acidity and a hint of ginger and beeswax on the finish. Has a delicate, yellow-green color and a zesty character, an excellent, food-friendly white wine.
