Another strong vintage for Coonawarra in 2022. Stable weather conditions resulted in high quality fruit with moderate to good yields. Favourable climatic conditions allowed the fruit to be picked at optimum levels for ripeness and flavour.
WINEMAKING & MATURATION
Hand-picked and processed through the optical berry sorter before being crushed and transferred into oak vats for fermentation. Hand plunged/rolled and left on skins for 12 days, pressed and then returned to the same barrels for a period of 18 months for maturation prior to bottling.

Deep Garnet.
NOSE/AROMA
Trademark aromas of blackberry and cassis with hints of dark chocolate.
PALATE
A concentrated palate showcasing dark fruits such as blackberry, mulberry and blackcurrants. Generous in flavour and persistence with plush, silky tannins.
