The grapes for this wine are from our Wairau Valley vineyards. The 2023 vintage was truly outstanding, and this wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavours that we tasted in the vineyard. The grapes were cold soaked and then hand- plunged while fermenting in stainless-steel with selected yeast to retain the aromatics and bright cherry characters.
A fragrant Pinot Noir with juicy, ripe, red berry fruit and hint of spice. A supple, medium bodied wine perfect for any occasion. 100% certified sustainable.
