The grapes for this wine are from our Wairau Valley vineyards. The 2023 vintage was truly outstanding, and this wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavours that we tasted in the vineyard. After gently pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless-steel at cool temperatures to retain the fresh aromatics and stone fruit flavours.
Fragrant pear, red apple and stone-fruit aromas lead to a predominantly dry yet weighty palate with fresh, bright fruit characters and a gentle balance of acidity. 100% certified sustainable.
