A vineyard around the town of Ribeauvillé and worked using organic agriculture methods with no chemical treatments and producing low yields.
Nose with mineral notes. A finely structured palate, pure with great balance and a persistent fruity finish.
Great with fish, shellfish, quiches and onion tart, smoked salmon or dry goat cheeses.
This wine with grand character is enjoyable young but can also age favorably for 7 years. Serve between 8 and 10°C.
