Made from Nero d’Avola grapes grown in the unique climate of the island of Sicily. Nero d’Avola is an indigenous grape local to the area and something of a Sicilian speciality.
Intense ruby red colour with purple hints. Aromas of violet, spices and red. Full-bodied but smooth with a velvety and spicy finish on the palate. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with several pumping over to allow the extraction of aromas and tannins.
