Over 8ha of the total 12ha of plantings consists of Pinot Noir and chardonnay, with the remainder including Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Tempranillo. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines have until 2014 been produced by Julian Alcorso at Winemaking Tasmania. Wines from the remaining varieties have been made by Alain Rousseau at the highly acclaimed Frogmore Creek Wines.

Pinot Blanc-dominated aromas of perfumed white flowers and white stone fruits. Light and lively on the palate, displaying attractive inner-mouth perfume and sneaky concentration to its white stone fruit and botanical herb flavors. The finish is bright and long, with a glycerol mouth feel that leaves an impression of sweetness, even though this is very much a dry wine.
