100% Grüner Veltliner
The fruit was hand harvested early in the morning when temperatures were low, and crushing occurred soon after. After clarifying the juice, fermentation proceeded in stainless steel at a very cool temperature of around 10°C until dry. The wine was then stabilised, filtered and bottled early to retain the fresh fruitiness.
Brilliant green hue provides immediate appeal.
Wonderful intensity of pretty floral notes, backed by the freshness of Nashi pear, white nectarine and warm, white pepper spice.
Opulent and luscious mouthfeel is appealing, showing those same characters of pear and stone fruits, mixed with the tangy freshness of crunchy apples. A food friendly wine showing mineral notes with long-lasting fruit intensity.
