We use special herbal, mineral and animal preparations and don’t use herbicide, insecticide, systemic fungicide or soluble fertiliser."
Sirius White is a marriage of Chardonnay, Viognier and Marsanne. Giving this wine a warm ripe apricot character with lifted acidity, scented white peach and honeysuckle.
Served chilled. Drink between 2019-2022.
