Winemaking
Syrah is picked at moderate ripeness to retain elegance. Cool fermentation of whole berries and 5 % as whole bunches (stems included) at 20 to 22oC creates a partial carbonic maceration which introduces a spice element to the pure Syrah perfume. A splash of Malbec introduces texture and fleshy tannins. A cool climate, medium bodied and balanced Syrah.

Growing Season
