Cabernet Sauvignon
and Shiraz fermented in 150 year old open oak vats, followed by a period
of maturation in French and American oak prior to bottling. The bouquet
of this impressive release is a mélange of ripe dark berries and
multilayered spice; with nutmeg, star anise, blackcurrant and plum
fruits in evidence on a robust and generously flavoured palate.
