Central Otago, New Zealand. A selected blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, sourced from their estate vineyard in Bendigo. Under the watchful eye of Rudi Bauer, they are aiming for a distinctive Central Otago sparkling wine. Made in the traditional way, to achieve elegance and finesse. Focused, fresh and crisp with a beautiful balance and length.
A selected blend 43% Pinot Noir and 57% Chardonnay from Bendigo, Central Otago. Bottle fermented and aged on lees. Riddled and disgorged by hand from late 2008.
