From our dry grown vineyard that looked spectacular throughout the growing season we harvested beautiful fruit. Maturity, in respect to sugar levels, flavour and acid balance, was near perfect. A long and even fermentation ensured that we retained these flavours and French Oak maturation for 6 months has added subtle complexities and flavours. |
