Bellvale Vineyard lies on a spectacular north-facing slope of red basalt soil overlooking the Tarwin River in South Gippsland, Victoria. The cool, moist climate perfectly suits Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which is close-planted at 7,200 vines to the hectare using 10 different clones, which bring subtleties and complexity.
TASTING NOTES
Fresh aromas with a hint of citrus. The palate is crisp and lively, tightly structured. Lovely restrained fruit with a well defined balance between fruit, secondary characters and finely integrated oak.
