Hunter Valley, NSW. The 2025 Poole’s Rock Semillon is sourced from old vines located on our Cockfighter’s Ghost vineyard in the Broke Fordwich area. These vines have produced a quintessential Hunter Valley semillon, for which this region has become internationally famous.
Pale lime in colour, this wine exhibits classic lemon/ Lime zest and Lanolin aromas combined with a hint of buttered toast delivered from the bottle maturation. The palate is tightly structured with citrus and honeydew melon flavours with a crisp melon finish.
