On the nose are sweet lifted aromas of brioche, white stone fruits, spice and citrus. On the palate, think Danish pastry and spicy pear with a lovely unctuous texture cut with some delicate mineral flavours. The finish is long and rich, with a lovely citrus tang and it lingers on........
