Redesdale, Victoria. This is the first release from this vineyard established in 2004 using cuttings from three local vineyards. This wine displays lovely Cabernet characters with the shiraz offering depth and spice.
This one hectare vineyard has been developed with heavy vine row mulching and perennial inter-row grasses to minimise chemical use. Traditional hand thinning of shoots and bunches and hand picking are used to maximise grape quality.
