VINEYARD: Careful canopy management of an exclusive two acre site on shallow soils, results in low yields of highly concentrated fruit.With two vines per panel, planted almost together and crossed deliberately at the first wire, vigour is contained, concentration enhanced. Sourced from ancient, pre-clonal Grenache reared to the north of the Vales, the plot is almost dry grown.

PALATE: This flavoursome wine packing an intense palate displays seductive fruit sweetness of plums and cherries. Find too a long and creamy texture and a distinct savoury finish with a hint of spice.
