B3 Barossa Valley
With a family lineage tracing back to one of the founding wine families of the Barossa, the Brothers Basedow – Peter, Michael and Richard – proudly continue their family tradition of winemaking in the Barossa Valley. B3 reflects the vision and commitment of the 5th generation Brothers Basedow to their Barossa wine heritage.
Tasting Notes
Deep crimson with purple hues. The wine exudes the evocative aromas of roasting coffee beans, freshly picked mint, luscious blackcurrant and dried tobacco leaves. Unmistakably Cabernet, this wine displays the classic flavours of blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, intense dark Swiss chocolate, peppery mint and menthol on the palate. Chewy tannins create a brilliantly structured palate; robust in the mid-palate to complement the array of intense flavours, yet soft enough to deliver a finish of great length and finesse.
