Definitely more "old world” than "new world” in style than your average Australian Rose’. Serve lightly chilled over the warmer months with something like chicken terrine or spicy pork ribs.
Appearance: Medium salmon pink;
Aroma: Complex aromas of stewed strawberry and dark cherry with some struck match "funky” type Pinot characters probably derived from fermentation in older French barrels.
Soft, rich flavours redolent of berries. Well balanced, clean and dry, with a pleasant textural finish.
