Maturation The wine that provides the basis of this blend dates back to the 1950’s. Only small amounts are withdrawn from this solera ensuring the highest quality and consistency of style.
Perfect with fresh fruit, sticky date pudding or freshly brewed coffee and fine chocolates.
Cellaring No need for further cellaring, the wine is at its peak when bottled.
