Cool ferments, lees stirring, and indigenous yeast have produced a very complex and interesting wine with finesse and balance.
COLOUR: Pale straw with bright rose hues.
NOSE: Floral aromas of pear and stone fruit, nectarine and peach.
PALATE: Layered with fruit, this wine is a great combination of creamy pinot gris characters and fresh clean dry finish. Its charm lies in that it is soft and yet refreshing at the same time.
WINEMAKERS COMMENTS:
From my home vineyard, this pinot gris is a culmination of years of work. It is my first estate grown pinot gris and hopefully a sign of good things to follow.
