Limied yields produced for higher quality. Single and double-cane vines. 5,500 vines per hectare. Traditional working of the soil. Limited treatment of vines.
Grapes are exclusively hand picked.
Slow crushing of grapes to preserve the character of the wine. Fermentation at 18°C to 22°C.
Nose: Slightly smoky, fruity, apricot
Palate: Cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon and myrrh notes mix with light apricot and tangerine flavors. Also lots of spice and autumnal hints. Light smoky finish.
Ageing: 1 to 5 years.
