The house of Alfred Gratien has been producing champagne since 1864.
Rigorous selection of grapes, traditional winemaking methods, voluntarily limited output and respect for the land - these principles and the fact that it is one of the last few remaining "hand-crafted" champagne producers in the world are the secret behind the outstanding quality of Alfred Gratien champagne and the factors which make it unique.
The Alfred Gratien style is clearly revealed in this Rosé Champagne. A refined blend where the elegance of chardonnay and the fruity notes of Pinot Meunier mingle with delicacy.
Colour : light-rose colour with soft copper glints.
Sparkle : Fine and extremely long-lasting mousse.
Bouquet :The chardonnay aromas mingle subtilely with the fruity bouquet of Pinot Noir.
Palate : Fine balance between aromatic strength and the freshness of small red berries dominated by raspberry.
Overall impression: A high quality Champagne that completes the Alfred Gratien range. The rosé is obtained by the addition of Pinot Noir still wine.
