Sauvignon Blanc 55% Semillon 45%
REGION: Pemberton, Margaret River, Blackwood Valley Western Australia
NOTES: Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon fruit have been blended to create this bright fruity wine, with aromas of gooseberry, green bean and passion fruit. The palate is rich with a great fruit intensity and balanced crisp acidity. A wild ferment barrel portion has added greatly to the texture and complexity of the wine.
COLOUR: Pale straw.
NOSE: Citrus, pear and gooseberry notes with passion fruit.
PALATE: A balance of green and tropical notes with good intensity and length.
CUISINE: Ideal accompaniment for any type of seafood dish, but overall a very versatile food wine.
