NOSE: Cut grass, toasty oak, honeydew melon and citrus.
PALATE: Good weight and balance. Good acid length.
CUISINE: Semillon is perfect when paired with grilled or barbecued chicken & fish, prawns and most seafood dishes as well as sharp tangy citrus sauces.
