Pork Belly in Adelaide

Spent the weekend in Adelaide with recently settled family members.  Appalling weather but sensational food.  Younger brother cooked a magnificent pork belly a la Maggie Beer using her fabulous vino cotto with accompanying roasted vegetables and we washed it down with Tim Gramp's Mt Lofty Shiraz 05 and the Nepenthe Ithaca Chardonnay 07.  Finished with our 15 year old niece’s inspired Tiramisu. Oh, the delights of family, friends good food and wine!
